Township District

Location

The Township District is located east of Interstate 5 off Crown Valley Parkway at Sienna Parkway on the southern side right behind the Mercantile West Shopping Center or between Crown Valley Parkway and Windmill off Antonio Parkway. 

Builder Tracts

The Township District is one of the smallest villages of Ladera Ranch consisting of three different builder tracts of starter condos and single family homes that are right next to one of the nicest shopping centers in Ladera Ranch called Mercantile West.  The Township district features two condo communities and one single family home community ranging from 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, 2 car garages, and 1,150 to 2,000 square feet of living space.

Village Amenities

The Township District is conveniently located right behind the Mercantile West shopping center, featuring Pavilions, CVS, and other shops.  Restaurants in the shopping center include Beachfire Bar and Grill, Roma D’Italia, Infusion Restaurant and Bar, Cinnamon Productions, and Z Pizza.  All of these eateries offer great selections from various price ranges and are conveniently within walking distance.  Many of these places as well feature nighttime entertainment.  Across Antonio Parkway is another shopping center, Mercantile East, featuring other shops and restaurants, including Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Justice, Home Goods, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Cingular, The Ranch Sport Grill, Corkey’s Bakery, Jalapenos, Baja Surf Tacos, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, Panda Express and more.  Adjacent to the Mercantile East shopping center in the business park is 24 hour fitness.  Many homes within the Township District are within walking distance of Chaparral Elementary School.  This village also includes two parks, one of the more popular ones known as the Town Green, and one pool.  The Township District is very easy to get in and out of with direct access to Crown Valley Parkway and Antonio Parkway.
