Oak Knoll Village

Location

Oak Knoll Village was the first village to be constructed as part of the Ladera Ranch master plan, is the only village to the north of Crown Valley Parkway, and consists of 10 builder tracts with a mix of single family homes and condos.  Oak Knoll Village is bordered by Crown Valley Parkway to the south and Antonio Parkway to the north.  From interstate 5 heading east down Crown Valley, the first entrance to Oak Knoll Village is by turning left at O’Neil Drive, and the second entrance is turning left at the next light, Sienna Parkway.  Coming down Antonio Parkway, the village is situated between Oso Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway at the cross street of Benjamin.

Real Estate in Oak Knoll Village is spread amongst 10 different builder tracts and ranges from starter condos with 2-3 bedrooms and 1,500-2,000 square feet up to large single family homes with over 3,500 square feet of living space and 5+ bedrooms.  There are also starter homes in this village with 3-4 bedrooms and 1,600 to 2,000 square feet.  Many of the larger homes sit on hillsides with canyon and valley views to the west.

Village Amenities

Residents living in Oak Knoll Village have access to the Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse, which features a kid’s pool, regular pool, barbeques and more.  The village also includes pocket parks with playgrounds, barbeques, and sitting areas.  There are trails and paths running throughout the village that connects it to neighboring tracts and villages on the other side of Crown Valley.  Two shopping centers, Bridgepark Plaza and Mercantile West, reside across the street from the village and include grocery stores, gas, retail, eateries, and more.  On the other side of Ladera, you will discover more parks, pools, trails, tennis courts, and more, all of which you have access to as a resident of Ladera Ranch.  Students living in Oak Knoll Village attend Chaparral Elementary school, Ladera Ranch Middle School, or Tesoro High School.
