Amenities and HOA

Residents living in Covenant Hills enjoy the security of two 24 hour guard gated facilities both at the entrance off Antonio Parkway and at Sienna Parkway that connects into the rest of Ladera Ranch.  Covenant Hills residents have access to the Covenant Hills Clubhouse featuring a pool, tennis courts, and facilities that can be rented out to entertain guests or throw a party.  In addition to the Ladera Ranch HOA, there is a Covenant Hills homeowners association (HOA) that runs about $200 per month.  Covenant Hills residents have access to all Ladera Ranch facilities, including pools, parks, trails, water park, skate park, and shopping centers.
