Location

Covenant Hills real estate is located off Antonio Parkway at the last light called Covenant Hills Drive before hitting Ortega Highway if heading south or at the first light if heading north up Antonio Parkway from Ortega Highway.  Ortega Highway connects to Interstate 5 just a few miles to the west and to Interstate 15 after going through Cleveland National Forest.  Covenant Hills, like the rest of Ladera Ranch, can also be accessed via Crown Valley Parkway from Intersate 5 and head east.  Both the 241 and 73 Toll Roads are also nearby, offering many routes whether commuting to work, running errands, or getting out of town for the weekend.

Amenities and HOA

Residents living in Covenant Hills enjoy the security of two 24 hour guard gated facilities both at the entrance off Antonio Parkway and at Sienna Parkway that connects into the rest of Ladera Ranch.  Covenant Hills residents have access to the Covenant Hills Clubhouse featuring a pool, tennis courts, and facilities that can be rented out to entertain guests or throw a party.  In addition to the Ladera Ranch HOA, there is a Covenant Hills homeowners association (HOA) that runs about $200 per month.  Covenant Hills residents have access to all Ladera Ranch facilities, including pools, parks, trails, water park, skate park, and shopping centers.

Schools

Elementary and middle school students living in Covenant Hills attend Oso Grande Elementary School or Ladera Ranch Middle School and high school students attend San Juan Hills High School.
