The Bridgepark District is the smallest village of Ladera Ranch consisting of two builder tracts and is the first village you encounter coming down Crown Valley Parkway from the west. The Bridgepark District is located east on Crown Valley Parkway from Interstate 5 off Cecil Pasture Road, which is just before the Bridgepark Plaza shopping center that features groceries, eateries, retail, banking, and a gas station.
The Bridgepark District real estate consists of one tract of single family starter homes and one tract of condos. This village is very easy to enter and leave the community via Crown Valley Parkway as compared to more interior villages of Ladera Ranch.
